What channels does it use?+

SMS, iMessage (via Apple Business Chat) and WhatsApp (via the Meta Business API). We pick the right channel per customer based on device, region and opt-in status, and fall back to SMS if the preferred channel isn't available.

How long does onboarding take?+

Three minutes. You add us as a user on your Shopify or web store with permission to install apps, and that's it. We handle the rest on our side, no flow builder, no developer.

What about edge cases?+

Anything outside the playbook we agree on (chargebacks, lost packages, legal questions) gets handed off to your team in Shopify Inbox or Gorgias with full thread context. We never promise shipping dates, return policies, or discounts you haven't approved.

Is it compliant?+

Yes. TCPA-compliant opt-out enforcement on SMS, GDPR / CCPA compliant, full audit trail of every message sent. WhatsApp uses Meta's verified business profile, iMessage uses Apple Business Chat. We're SOC 2 Type II audited annually.

Does it replace Klaviyo or Postscript?+

It replaces your abandoned-checkout flows specifically, usually the highest-revenue workflow in either tool. Most customers keep Klaviyo for newsletters and campaigns, and let Zobi take over recovery. We'll show you the lift against your existing flow before you switch anything off.
